A standardized report summarizing the results and ratings produced from an appraisal event. The Appraisal Disclosure Statement (ADS) documents the assessed maturity, capability or proficiency levels, and conveys the conditions and constraints applicable to the appraisal. It is intended to enable accurate and consistent communication of appraisal ratings for public disclosure, benchmarking or process improvement monitoring. The ADS provides transparency into the appraisal approach, scope and context to qualify the significance of findings, and ensure ratings are not mischaracterized when comparing or reporting results.
